The 48HR GUARANTEED DISPATCH lead time is applicable only on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Cash Customers:

• The 48HR GUARANTEED DISPATCH lead time starts from the moment payment is received by Allshelter.
• Please note that payment must be received in full and cleared before the 48-hour countdown begins.
• In case of any payment delays or issues, the dispatch lead time may be extended accordingly.

Account Customers:

• Upon receiving your purchase order, we will process it promptly and send you an order confirmation, including the estimated dispatch date.
• The 48-hour countdown begins from the date of the order confirmation, provided there are no outstanding issues or discrepancies.
• It is the responsibility of the account customer to promptly resolve any account issues to ensure the dispatch lead time is not affected.

General Terms & Conditions:

• The 48HR GUARANTEED DISPATCH lead time refers to the time it takes for the products to be dispatched from our warehouse or facility. It does not include transit or delivery time.
• The dispatch lead time is subject to product availability, order volume, and any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays and provide revised dispatch estimates.
• Products not within our express range have longer lead times. Please refer to your sales rep for an accurate lead time estimate when ordering an express shelter with one of our other shelters not within the express range.
• The dispatch lead time may vary for certain products or during peak seasons. Any variations in lead time will be clearly communicated during the ordering process or in product-specific terms.
• Our 48-hour dispatch lead time commitment is aimed at providing a speedy and efficient service. However, it is not a guarantee of delivery within a specific timeframe. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination address.
