What’s involved:

The role of the Sales Support position is to provide administration support to Sales Team . The Sales Support will assist in keeping the CRM system up to date for Sales Consultants, with vital information including contacts, customers, enquiries, opportunities, activities and tasks. 


  • Assist with qualification of enquiries
  • Send information on behalf of sales reps to prospects including drawings and/or rough pricing as required
  • Compile and complete supplier and vendor forms 
  • Report up to manager and ask for feedback in regular 1 on 1 meetings
  • General administrative duties as required 
  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Create and update work instructions
  • Enter sales orders and manage handover of orders and all information to operations and customer service
  • Updating SOs with BOMs 
  • Updating the sales team pricelists and sales tools including updating In SharePoint and desk folders
  • Sales Folder management in SharePoint 
  • Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, distribute, and follow up any action items 
  • Assist with internal follow ups
  • Housekeeping (preparing meeting rooms, tidying of office etc)
  • Obtaining customer feedback
  • Administration tasks include but not limited to: filing, scanning printing and photocopying 
  • Assist with reports for the sales team
  • Adhoc tasks as required
