What’s involved:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic worker to join our team. The position, located in Lake Cargelligo, will be assisting with metal fabrication within the Production Facility, whilst adhering to safety standards and quality controls. Allshelter has a clear set of core values that are to be followed and factored into all actions in this role to ensure the business reaches its objectives.

This role is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general manufacturing duties including cutting and bending and use of machinery and hand tools
  • Adhere to a clear set of core values that are to be followed and factored into all actions in this role 
  • Ensure the business reaches its objectives.

  • A forklift license is required
  • Metal work experience will be a plus
  • Industrial spray painting experience is not essential but is a bonus

What’s Involved

This role is responsible for the management of all orders as Projects throughout their lifecycle, including the installation, installation estimation, budgeting and project management. This role is also responsible for overseeing Customer Service operations in the business.  Allshelter have a clear set of core values which are to be followed and factored into all actions in this role to ensure the business reaches its objectives.

  • Responsible for establishing estimates, schedules and budgets for all installations 
  • Responsible for overseeing the management of all jobs from the point of order creation until full delivery
  • Responsible for managing the Projects Administrator and Customer Service Officer in their respective roles.
  • Establish a network of subcontractors and installation teams in different regions
  • Manage all installations and large projects
  • Report on all installations and large projects
  • Manages WHS and all required documentation for all installations and large projects. 
  • Track, manage and report on all installation budgets on a monthly basis
  • Working with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure all jobs receive sufficient handover attention

What’s Involved

This role is responsible for providing Administration Support to the Sales, Customer Service and Projects departments. The prime candidate will be an enthusiastic team member who is eager to learn in our Lake Cargelligo office.   Allshelter have a clear set of core values which are to be followed and factored into all actions in this role to ensure the business reaches its objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • First point of contact with answering all inbound calls
  • Schedule meetings, minutes taker, distribute and follow up all action items
  • Assist Customer Service with order updates and internal follow ups 
  • Assist Sales Support with enquiries, including qualifying and sending pricing information 
  • General Administration tasks; filing, scanning and photocopying 
  • Office housekeeping; preparation of meetings rooms, tidying office and ordering supplies 
  • Report to Manager with monthly 1:1 meetings 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Can do attitude 
  • Open to new ideas
  • No experience necessary but a desire to learn 
  • Polite and professional approach 
  • 5 days a week 8am – 3pm with possible flexibility
